GGTS v2 issue!

I have the ggts v2, and it seems that my topcap with the adjustable draw seems to be stripped! I only used catos on it, but i ran out and tried a 510 and non of them fit in the connector?? I dont know if it was a machining problem or what? ive been using gg's for a while now and i know not to over tighten them.

Imeo, its the threads for the atomizer on the top cap. sorry if i worded it strangely.

see my whole thread on this....you need a replacement atty connector..until then you can use 2 thread adapters 510-901-901-510. This is the third time in the last 3 weeks this has happened.

Yea this stinks... Hopefully I can get it replaced. I got rid of all my other mods... So this is my only device. Only 901's with the adapter fits!

I had this same problem. I really think it is because it is made out of aluminum. I really hope they offer this part in brass because I am afraid it is goin to happen again. I really do not think aluminum can take the constant screwing off and on. Rob replaced it and that reminds me that I need to send back the old one still. As long as your attys are pretty tight in the top cap You should be able to use your top cap to hold it into place until you get a new one though. If it is not tight enough then maybe you can wrap it in tape as a temp fix. Hope we can get some kind of upgrade going for this because my first one was bad from day one and it does seem that my new one is not great, I use my old cap from ggts v1 a lot of the time because I am afraid of this happening again. As for the connector and the rest parts of GG. If you remember I had said in another thread that GG has new features in almost every new batch. Thats because I want to please you more and more every time. I also said that I have no time to test all those new things on GG, so I make them and my users test them. I also never denied to replace any parts that will fail. Here comes my waranty. I tried to keep you pleased on one hand so you dont need to spend big money for a new GG if something fails after waranty ends (if it was e.g. 1 year waranty) and you dont need to go to post office too. So you have a lifetime waranty for 10 euros for every part of GG and you dont need to pay 40 euros plus shipping=50 for a part that failed. On the other hand I protect myself of a big broke so I can still stay in business to make new features for GG and e-cig world.
If someone doesnt find this waranty more that fair for both sides he can tell me his opinion.


ps.... so next time you have any problem with a GG part there is no need to send it back by paying 10 euros postage. You just pay 10 euros to my seller and he will send you a new part. That will apply for the rest of our lifes.!

Something about aluminium and threads of the connector.

Its not the aluminium guys, its just faulty connectors. Do you remember my last video when I pushed very hard with all the weigh of my body the center pin of an atomizer that was attached on the GG connector? Did you saw any damage on the connector? No. That means that the connector is very strong but some connectors were bad. I will replace them, not a problem. Replacement procedure can be based on my waranty. But if someone wants to not follow my waranty then he can have a totally free part but he has to send the faulty one back and he will have a limitied waranty of 1 year as it was before.
All other suppliers work like that. I just wanted to make something useful for both sides. If you dont like it this way then I can have 2 kinds of waranties. The classic one and mine.

The last thing I want to mention is that I still sell GG cheaper even if 15 first days passed as you maybe have notice. I want to give you the best prices too exept my efforts to give you the best features. GG sells exellent in any price. There was no reason to lower the price. I do it just to please you more. The easy way is to raise the price again, to have 1 year waranty as before and to request from you to send me back the faulty parts. But I dont think this is right for you.

ps... dont forget that waranty applies for parts that they failed from your fault too!

You don't need to purchase it, if any part is faulty or damaged for any reason just pay the 10 euros to cover postage and a new part will be sent out, no need to return the old one. Just contact the seller or Imeo direct to arrange payment.

since you put it that way, I would rather pay for the part because I dont want to take advantage of you and ruin the warranty; just because I would like to have a new piece just for aesthetics ... I drop it like a day or two after I received the new GGTS, so it still works just its bent...

Ok imeo, I'll try to get in touch with rob. He's sold out of the 901-510 rethreaders. Anyone know where I can get one in the mean time? Also imeo, I love your products. In no way did this issue steer me away from buying future GG products. I will only use a Golden Greek.. (even though that sounds strange )
