Your system does have a slot for discount codes so you could probably do something with unique codes for each certificate. They'd have to be pretty elaborate (the ones I get from Amazon for using my credit card are 16 letters/numbers.) The programming for using part of a gift certificate and having the balance in your account, might be complicated.
Because 99% of the items on the site are the same price, you might even be able to do something with the # of bottles rather than $ amounts. Then the recipient would only have to pay the $5 shipping plus any additional bottles they bought.

I'll have to talk to my programmer about that, so that if a code is used once, it cancels out the capacity to use it in the future.

What about accepting PayPal? The only reason I suggest these two is that a lot of us that love TV, trade in the classified. I try to swap others juices for yours and sell my excess mods and PV’s to support my TV habit. Would just be easier to do if you had these option available.

Maybe so but they're risking having paypal shut down their account and keep all of their $$. Paypal won't even let a non profit run a raffle or anything resembling a raffle.
I do not like Paypal. Heard too many stories from friends getting credit card information stolen using them. Not saying it happens to everyone, but I am not willing to take the chance. Never used them, never will.
PayPal and it's parent company, EBay, have taken the stance that in the U.S. personal vaporizers require a prescription and, until that changes, they will not allow e-cig items on U.S. EBay and American companies cannot accept PayPal. Companies in countries with different laws (e.g. China) may use PayPal.

On the PayPal tip.....NO WAY. They pull witch hunts, they've shut us (Tasty Vapor) down already once. Since we do not represent their interests, they do not represent mine. They lost out.
About the Gift Certificates. IF that happens, it will have to happen MUCH later. Considering 510's, kits, carts, attys and accessories at the moment. This is also a big maybe. But if THAT happens, there too, considering performance, it'll be 510 products only.
