gingerbread question

I had a bottle of gingerbread that I bought last year sometime, and I loved it. I got a new bottle recently and It's awful. Did they change vendors for this flavor or what?

Gingerbread was always an "iffy" liquid to offer since we started carrying it. Originally, the base flavor was coming from Capella's. At that time, they were INCREDIBLY expensive, so we switched to a base offered by Perfumer's Apprentice. This drew a good amount of complaints. Capella's have dropped their prices a great deal, so it was decided to return to using their flavor as a base.

We haven't heard any complaints....Until now. Every flavor we have isn't going to please everybody, so we try to keep our menu as diverse as possible. Hopefully someone will find something that's good enough to stick with that they're hopefully less likely to return to the "former habit".

And with the flavors, since they really aren't going to please everybody, is choosing flavors we feel seem the truest to the "real thing" and keep those flavors that seem to draw the LEAST amount of complaint. (because there is ALWAYS complaints, no matter what flavor it is, this is the nature of the world my friends).
