Try looking at Slim's ejuice - they have several gingerbread options. I have not tried them as a vendor - yet. Read the reviews posted with each flavor option.
I am currently vaping Ohm's Vapes Gingerbread Cookie - for me, more ginger than gingerbread cookie, but a very pleasant vape. I am using Kanger Evod Glass clearo with a 1.8 ohm single coil on a CoolFire IV set to 6 watts; the eliquid is 6 mg nicotine, 70/30 vg/pg. More steep time may have changed the profile somewhat - I started using my 10 ml bottle around a week after it was made. A review on the site nailed it - pretty much, if you like ginger, this is for you. I have no idea if the reviewer steeped it or for how long.

Sorry, I messed up. My coil is a Kanger stock single coil at 2.2 ohms, not 1.8 as stated above. These "senior moments" are starting to drive me nuts.

it was pretty good right off the shelf but i bought it from a vape shop dont know if it was steeped or how long it was on the shelf
I've had Velvet Cloud Gingerbread Man. I thought it was OK right out of the box and didn't need steeping. But then I think steeping is a myth.
Had to stop vaping it as the 100% VG was giving me the "heavy chest".
