The full moon usually means people go crazy. The werewolfs and the vampires come out and the witches cast their best spells by the light of the full moon. In hospitals the psychiatric wings fill up as the full moon makes people loose their sanity. In agricultural areas it had to do with planting and harvesting and still may.
