So a few of my co-workers have been vaping for a while and I've been bugging them with a ton of questions and also lurking around on this forum for some time. Most of them have an ego, and a few of them have crazy mods that confuse me. So even after they all pushed the ego I decided to start with something very simple, then I can upgrade later if I wish. I went with the V9 Nebula starter kit. I saw good reviews for it, and also found a very good 25% discount code for it here! So just around $40 for the whole kit, not too shabby right? The reviews I saw said they were a great company and this e-cig has good flavor and decent throat hit, however I have lots of learning to do so I'll just have to wait and see if I feel the same way about it. I do have a feeling amount of vapor produced is going to be very important to me though. Anyways I'm a complete noob and this is my first e-cig on the way; I am glad to have finally decided on something though, my brain is getting mushy from all of the reading.

Welcome from another mushy brained noob. I just went back and read some of the stickies for this thread.

Thanks all.

Yes Swedish I did order some juice, I got 3 10mL bottles of 3 different strenghts. Got them over at Good Prophets b/c I also found a discount code for them :)

Dlsw, I like your banner, hopefully I will be smoke free soon too! The banner also grosses me out a little LOL. I thought to myself, 'No, that must be wrong.' Then, I stopped and remembered, yea, that is 9 days worth of ciggs; don't often think about how many I really smoke, yuck. (As I am lighting up, lol)

Nebula shipped this morning, yeay! Very fast. So I just saw a commercial of this lady with an actual hole in her throat who had to gasp and swallow like every 3 seconds to get a sentence out. So glad I made the decision to quit. I'm not trying, I'm quitting! (Once my Nebula gets here that is, lol. Better enjoy these last few Marlboros).

Congrats!!!!

Better_yet...Do_NOT_enjoy_them.

That's a good tip. I think I will HATE my last ciggy instead :) Hey since you collect sneakers, did you see those Nike Back To The Future sneakers? I really wanted those, except they were a little out of my price range.

Heck, you might as well enjoy those last Marlboros...

After you have been vaping for a little while, you will most likely find that you don't want one anymore.
And after a week or two, if you were to try one, you might find that you hate them.

And then you'll wonder how in the hell you ever liked them in the first place.
:)

Nice Work Xenia! You may find that your 1st week without analogs is a bit challenging. You can get through it though, and will be very pleased with your accomplishment. When the cravings hit pick up your v9 and vape away!

btw..welcome aboard ECF :vapor:

Thanks! Ya I have been having a little trouble with cravings, but my v9 has gotten me through most of it. I'm thinking I'll need to move up to a stronger nic strength to help. I did end up having an analog after lunch, but hey, it's better than the 10 or 15 I normally would have had by now. I can do this!!!
