i found an advert for E-cigs in a magazine and thought I'd give them ago.
I have been off analogue cigs for 4mths now and I have never looked back.
I would never go back to analogue - feel a lot better as I have COPD.

I was at a BBQ Fest and some chick gave me a flyer - which I jammed in my purse and kept moving - a few days later I pulled it out - and, here I am on my way to 6 months vaping and you're not far behind me! Congrats!

COPD is what got me to quit the analogs to begin with. I was starting to exhibit some minor symptoms and my doctor basically said quit now before you have full blown COPD.

Almost a month since I quit the analogs and I am feeling so much better. No more wheezing when I breathe, workouts are starting to go much better as well!

So welcome to the ECF, this place has definitely been a lifesaver for me!
