I have both (of course) but really prefer glass with droppers. It is just easier to get the juice into the clearo with a dropper. I have a couple of juices that came in plastic bottles that are really tough to squeeze and get the juice out. So those tend to stay at the back of the cupboard no matter what juice is in them because it is so frustrating.

If you Get Tired of squeezing those Plastic Bottles, here a Trick.

Take a Straightened Out Paperclip and Jam it down the Hole of the Dripper. Makes things a Lot Easier.

Retailers do have to charge more if they use glass. It's worth the extra expense if it's something that might last a while (larger size, special treat, etc). I DIY for myself and several family members and I can tell you that my biggest expense is the bottles. It costs me almost twice as much for glass as it does for plastic. I get my plastic 15, 20 & 30ml bottles from China but the glass comes from the US. I mix & steep in 8oz glass then transfer to the plastic (needle nose) bottles for my family's convenience . Glass is just too expensive if you are making for a larger number of people that have a hard time recycling the bottle.

Well, being a wine maker, I have to say that plastic is porous and air can get in and out...... so I use glass carboys to make wine in

but, also being lazy, I keep my e-juices in plastic, it's not better, but it's easier,
but trust me, 30 ml bottles don't last long around here...glass, plastic, or otherwise... lol

Glass bottles and droppers with glass pipettes do actually cost quite a bit more than plastic bottles with dropper tips.
In my experience, the companies willing to spend the extra $$ on packaging, are also willing to spend more on the ingredients to produce what are truly: Gourmet Juices.

Why don't Retailers just give the Option to the Consumer at the time of Purchase? And then just tack on the Extra Cost?

The Plastic People get what they Want.
The Glass People get what they Want.
The Retailer Doesn't Make Any Less Profit.

Seems like Everyone is Happy.
