Glass tank for Triton?

Is it likely that Halo will start making their own glass tank for the Triton?

Also, I'm fairly new to vaping, forgive me if this has been asked here before.. if I wanted to use a Pyrex Vivi Nova, what would I need to make it work with the Triton battery? If it will work with "any 510/eGo style battery", would I get a 808 to 510 adapter, or a 808 to eGo? And would this look strange? Do I need a "beauty ring"/cover or anything. Thanks for any input.

i bought two protanks from Mt Baker vapor and a 808 to 510 adapter from their as well. It works but is extremely top heavy and looks very, very goofy. The same will apply for the Nova. If you bought the Triton Starter Kit, it came with a large cone. What i did was cut it to size and now that's my supporter/ "beauty" ring. There is nothing beauty about it but it supports the weight a lot better.

I don't know which adapater would work better for the nova, the 808 to 510 or 808 to Ego. Sorry.

Once again, when Cinder was here in Vegas (even I'm getting tired of that expression )
the team here couldn't/wouldn't per-announce anything, but, they did say the Triton line will have many expansions, like the passthru (we know) and bottom coil and glass tank and auto Tritons and .... At least that was the impression I got.
Their biggest problem to me is their speed to market. I think they know what has to be done to keep HaloNation happy,but, testing and manufacturing needs a good kick in the .....

That's a certainty. Still waiting on that passthru to hit the web store, although some have been spotted in the wild.

I agree. I need some Halo Nation love right now. Between the revised Triton tank, the cone that doesn't fit the mini tank, the unsteeped Southern Classic sample, the mismatched colors between Triton battery > carto > and drip tip (midnight blue), I'm left a little "blah".

It's the little things...

But I'm still putting together a red kit for my wife.

We all seem to have some issues lately.
Triton Tank tips - I'll leave that to SeniorBoy, he's the vocal expert on that
Mini-Tank/Cone - If you search way back, I was the first to ask if the minitank fit on the Triton (first disc. were sketchy) and the answer was 'yes it will fit but it will look funky, really, to them initially Triton=Tank G6=Mini. So I'm not surprised, the thought of using a mini with a cone wasn't in the picture!!
Southern Classic - I don't know how the guys pouring the bottles couldn't tell it was still vile.
Mismatched colors, different Chinese manufacturers. Halo was use to USA manufacture,culture shock.

My favorite hot button is still the G6 chargers with Triton markings (HALO). So what happened when I opened my new retail mini-starter G6 from Cinder -------HALO charger (in black) GRRRR, I blew up my first Triton because of this, and they keep compounding it. Yea, a new shape means a new mold $$$$ but, different color plastic has no cost.

Oh well, still love Halo. But, they do try us sometimes.

I noticed that my Triton chargers (I have two now) have a black mark on the USB connector. It looks like it was made by a Sharpie marker. If you hold the charger up, USB connector side up, voltage label towards you, there are two square holes in the USB connector.

On the Triton charger, the square on the right, is marked in black.

I suspect it's different for the G6. Could this be: on-the-fly "let's test and sort out all these unlabeled chargers"? It would explain the big USB charger shortage, from a couple of months ago.

Could be, all my Triton and G6 chargers (bought earlier) look the same. The only fool-proof way to tell is the 'squint-print' on the back G6 output = 5 V,150mA, Triton =4.2V, 420mA. My old eyes can't read that unassisted so I wrapped blue painters tape around the G6's AFTER I used the wrong one on my first Triton and got exactly one puff out of it after the bad charge!

Thanks, I'll check it out. I guess the poly pro plastics can stand up to more liquids than the polycarbonate plastic types, which the Triton is made of. Hmmm we'll see how it goes.

Yep. Polypro is commonly used for bottles. It's a soft plastic. They appear to be the rave in the UK.

The topic is "glass tank" (we went left, then right). A Polipro plastic tank would be an excellent alternative.

How about a polypro liner, for our tanks?

Six minutes into the video review Smoken Joey said he was surprised to discover the tumbler fit onto his Halo Triton twist. Then he places it on the Triton and shows how it works.

I found replacement coils in stock at empiremods.com, $1.49 in either 1.8, or 2.4 ohm
