3: liblue1 if you DIY your juice the glycerin is good at putting moisture in the nose with a q-tip. I had to do that a lot growing up.

Great suggestion! I have horrible allergies, but it never occurred to me to try this (I've put vaseline up my nose--same concept, but glycerin is a much better idea). It's also great for dry skin, BTW.

Well, I'm enjoying the fruits of my labor with the RSST, but wow is the draw tight. I feel like I may burst a blood vessel in my head from sucking too hard (yeah, I know that just sets me up for jokes!). . . I asked this last night, but it's worth asking again--any tips for drilling out the air-hole for someone who doesn't own an actual drill? I may actually go buy one this afternoon, but I'd rather not. Is there a Dremel attachment that might work for this? I also don't own a Dremel, but I thinking about getting one (either a Dremel or a drill, not both--I'm not exactly the handyman type).

Have a good Sunday everyone!

Yes you can use drill bits in a dremel..........just make sure they don't have the hex ends...........any of them should work...just use the size you want.....

Thanks, Blue. Like I said, I'm not particularly handy. But, it seems like if I'm going to buy a power tool, a dremel is likely to be more useful to me in the long run.

Just noticed it's time to change my avatar. . . it's out of date now.

doc, get a dremel,it will come in more handy doing many more things than a drill press in your case and it can add many attachments to it..Get a variable speed dremel, the more speeds, the better,I personally would not get a cordless but I use mine for everything so I need the continuous power. It's all about the control. Also,if ya want to,get a center punch. The is a spring loaded gizmo that zaps a "dimple" on the object and area you want drilled to place your drill bit in so it doesn't slide around, another invaluable tool, about 4 bucks.

Yes the avatar is out dated..... and like DIng said I would't recommend a cordless one either....
Dremel 200-1/15 Two-Speed Rotary Tool Kit - Amazon.com
