I did! We went to max and Erma's, which probably wasn't the best idea considering this week's health events... But I figured the Grilled Tuscan Chicken with asparagus was a decent choice. Delicious too!!

God, ECF is just awful tonight! It was bad yesterday, and I think it's getting worse. Seriously, the fact that they can't seem to fix the most used functions is really making me wonder if I will renew my supporting membership (although that's a long way off). I understand that the admins are volunteers, but maybe they need to pay someone to fix the ongoing mess. . . it's been almost a month now!
Please forgive me. . . I've been cranky all day!

Boardo--how are you feeling? (Edited to add: You were posting at the same time so I didn't see it until I posted. The day I left the hospital, we went straight to PF Changs. Yeah, not the healthiest option, but I hadn't eaten anything in three days! The so-called food they served up in the hospital. . . I think they were trying to kill me!)

I'm doing well doc, thanks for asking. Little achey today... But I am home, with the family... And you can't put a number on how good something like that is for a person.
Edit to add: Hospital food is ridiculous! Flavorless, over cooked garbage! I think prisoners eat better!

LOL, Boardo. I remember the first "meal" that they brought me. . . it was the first time that I had laughed since being admitted. I could not identify what it was it supposed to be--and neither could the nurses! The eventually had a nutritionist come talk to me, supposedly to plan my meals. The best thing that she did for me was to find me a couple of cans of Diet Coke (one of my less serious addictions). Anyway, yeah, it's pretty nasty stuff. . .
Well, that's it for me, friends.

There is a website for this that one of my professors made the class use when we did papers. I do not remember at the moment, but I will try to find out what it is called and let you guys know!
