I am happy to share my funny experience....It was one of the most stupidest things I have done for a long time...and because of that...I couldn't stop laughing....it was on my list of things to share with you all......my Treefam....I watched the video awhile back...but it just shows the building of it...not taking it apart......I am glad I didn't put it in the freezer....I did have it off the tank part...and that may have been my mistake...there is nothing to hold onto....well I am not sure if I am up for building this today...but I might give it a try....it's cool and raining.....I also got in some connectors and buttons last week...so I think I have everything to build another modbox(I might have a couple of family members who need a PIF)....It all depends on how I am feeling after the build...but I am anxious to use my newest toy.....

BTW where is Boardo?????

Bought 4 new tanks while on sale. They arrived today and I really love them. They are like the evod tanks but are Vision brand... V Tox and were $3 each and then 20% off on their Easter sale. They came today and I really love them and wish I had bought a couple more. Isn't that always the case though? Now if they made this exact tank in a glass version I could slowly get rid of all my other tanks and use nothing but these. I am trying my hubby out on a different batt and one of these tanks today... he had to go dismantle a tower today and bring it home so will be gone most of the day so I am sure I will know if this is going to work for him by tonight LOL Just teaching him how to fill the tank had me ready to bop him one LOL I really think he works to make this stuff difficult at times :)

#1. Sitting here waiting for my mom to get home from the hospital to see what she found out about her liver failure...on the upside, it allowed my son who is in rehab and who just got his one month sober chip YAY!! to be able to come home for a visit to see her later today, but under supervision, and all of our narcotics had to be locked up and put in the safe in dad's closet.

Other than that I am proud of him for being clean and sober for one month now, after he hits three months he gets to come home and the third month just happens to be his birth date to the day exactly! But I couldn't be a more proud momma than I am of all of my kiddos even the one who made me a grandma at age 37 lol, I love my granddaughter and wouldn't give her up for the world! :) Here is a picture of my little cutie patootie of a granddaughter....
IMG_0832.jpg She looks just like her daddy when he was a baby but he seems to think she looks like her mom but I disagree! It's Brandon as a girl lol

@JP, it went really well. i was a bit nervous leading up to it, been so long since we have spent anytime together. this quickly subsided with the first cocktail.
i made it home at 6 am, and had to leave for work an hour and a half later. taking a half day today to catch up on some Zs.

ill be seeing a lot more of her. however, and i tried to be clear with her last nite, i am not looking for a relationship (any time soon).

LOL, LD. When I first saw your post, it was in the list of comments from my friends. . . it looked like you were asking me a question (rather than posting a link).

That's actually very interesting--I think many people think that professors don't really do much. After all, I only teach one class on Tues, one on Wed, and one on Thurs. And, yes, teaching is a very small percentage of what most of us really do. The thing that made me laugh was the huge amount of time spent in meetings--most of the time, I think that the various meetings end up being a huge waste of time. If you want to see ineffective (and time consuming) decision making in action, put 10 Ph.D.s together in one room.

I will also say that I work pretty hard during the summer, too. Some summers more than others, but that's when I do most of my research and writing. My goal this summer is to get at least two articles ready to send out for publication (and peer review)--the Torchwood essay is at the top of the list. Honestly, more than anything, I'm counting the days because I need a break from students and a few my colleagues.
