Was a great day, started out cold and windy, still cold and windy but the sun came out so still a nice day. The baby kept saying: "outside, Outside, OUTSIDE", so we took a short stroll to the back yard and enjoyed the sun for a little bit. She's gone home now and it's time for dinner so bbl :).....

3. That's good to hear Joan, sometimes our guys mean well, but .... :D

migraine and impaired vision is still there, I have a hunch something else is wrong though. A fever, and disorientation, lightheadedness, vertigo ... I don't think those are migraine symptoms. The Ibuprofen isn't touching it. :(

How are you feeling today Yas??? Better I hope.

I will be fine. It is warming in here now. I blame hubby... he was messing with stuff the other day.....again. Setting stuff up so that certain things come on when the power goes out and the generator kicks in and other things stay off. Think he got his wires crossed somewhere LOL

I had a few migraines a year for about five years. So thankful they quit! But then for several years I had ocular migraines. No pain, just reduced peripheral vision; sort of like shimmering water in my peripheral vision. Very weird. Freaked me out at first, but I got used to it. The other symptoms you describe don't sound like migraine... could you coincidentally have come down with something? Sounds like an ear infection.

rough. but nice to be done with daylight and then some.
tmw i am taking a 1/2 day (because i worked on saturday) and will be spending the whole day in the car fliering town. ill scoop up a friend and hit about 45-60 businesses, excluding downtown/campus/4thAve and a couple suburbs. takes about 3-4 hours to do. and a lot of gasoline.
it gots to be done. and i am the man.

GoT was mad decent last nite! Loved the last scene. You could feel the tension leading up to it.

i have also considered the wire, i watched 1/2 of the 1st episode last week and fell asleep. is it worth dedicating weeks to? is the sopranos?

with 0 offense intended, have you consider your self ever a BoobTube Doctor? lol. i kid.

Dexter i lasted about a season, i was watching the tv version, which is censored and made it less appealing.

the one thing i dislike about amc, is the lack of cursing. if i was a .... dealer, or being eaten by zombies, or shot in the civil war, youre quite likely to catch a few 'f' bombs.
just sayin.

No offense taken, of course. The truth is that I've always watched a lot of TV, but I started watching a lot more when my partner moved back to Minnesota. I don't know how I ever lived without an iPad!

I had exactly the same experience with The Wire. I fell asleep in the middle of the first episode I tried to watch. Given that I'm a bad sleeper, sometimes I know that this is more a sign of me being exhausted than the quality of a program. But, what I said last night about Mad Men--I stand behind that. AMC's new show, I think it's called TURN has had the sedative effect on me, too. I want to like it if, for no other reason, Burn Gorman is in it (from Torchwood, for those in the know).

AMC doesn't edit language, do they? Maybe I'm wrong on this. . . My own head is a curse-filled little world, so, like you, I prefer when it's left in (I love watching Family Guy on Netflix because they leave it in).

Well, taxes are sorted for another year--hooray for that! I then went to the gym even though I really didn't want to. Do others have days when it's really hard to exercise--the entire time on the treadmill felt like an ordeal today! And, I'm much more sore than usual tonight (post-workout).
