finally checking out the vacant hookah lounge tonight!! ive put it off long enough!!!

i wish i could post pics from my phone, or from my work desk. it'll have to wait till im home.
i loved the place. needs a lil renovation, and some hard cleaning, but it far exceeded my expectations.

he also dropped the price 20% for immediate sale.
i still need to seek out a partner, to split responsibilities, risk and cost. ive got a couple ppl in mind.


i think i am going to go for it!
not gonna lie, its terrifying.

#2 - I would say "Is the day over yet?" but if it was, I wouldn't be able to get in all my posts.

Sure wish I had one of these growing in my yard! I would mean I'd have more money to spend on juice, mods, and anything else that suits my fancy!

#1. Well, didn't get that far today. Driving to work my car started idling badly. I just got it fixed on Monday. My catalytic converter went out so it was replaced. I didn't want to "break" anything else so I drove it directly to the shop again. Awaiting to hear what else is wrong.

we are potty training Levi. just startin. and i have no clue how. after changing a diaper sit him on the potty....? it would help if the EX and i use the same approach

im the same way!! not sure ive ever used ECF on a sunday!
i mainly use the forum while at work. amazingly it is one of a few sites that dont get blocked by the companies web restrictions. some of the silliest stuff is blocked..

Susan, I hope you get it worked out and that it's not serious. I know how you feel. I constantly have problems with my car. My own personal mechanic (my stepson) just moved out so I can't just rely on him anymore to fix things quickly for me.

I need to apologize to all the Tree People for being so negligent since I returned from the hospital. Being back home is almost as over-whelming as was being in the hospital in the first place

There is SO much to do, to catch up on AND to change the environment to accommodate a wheelchair lifestyle. In the hospital, all the doors are four feet wide. At home, they are slightly wider than the wheelchair. Plus, I have to allow for junk on the floor, turning radius of the chair..In other words, LOTS of work to do and LOTS of business to catch up on.

So, briefly, my apologies for being neglectful of my Tree Peeps!

Good morning Treefam.........GMO there is never a need to apologize......I am sure everyone here understands what it's all about...I am just happy that you come in once in awhile.....Just so we know you are OK....I can relate to what you are saying and it's going to take some time to get adjusted.......take your time...it's all good....
I need coffee and catch up...........

Thanks, it made me laugh when I found it. I have to admit that I was a little nervous that it might be a little too suggestive and violate ECF rules.

That's so cool, LD! If I was in Arizona (and/or had any money), I might be interested. As it is, my partner has been trying to convince me that I should open a B&M here--there is not a single B&M on the island. It's an interesting idea, I suppose, but I already have a full-time job (and, again, not enough money for something like this).

Yes LD I think with the knowledge you have about vaping that you would be awesome at it....I am assuming that this is a vape hookah lounge...I can't imagine that you would smoke the stuff........with all of the items available to vape it...... I think you would be perfect for the owner/salesman.....

mod day break. chickens are being great buggers as always. Still a never ending parade of funny sights with the teens now. The ole adage of "ever seen a small chicken fall out of a tree" has a new meaning here now. Look out!! The 101str airborne chicken teen group is attacking..... runnnnnnnnnnnnnnn...

My best friend growing up had chickens. We used to herd them through the Eucalyptus forest by his dad's house carrying large sticks as javelins and capturing wayward birds with homemade bolas. Ah, good times...

the only shop in PR would do so well, could set own price points, with no competition it could be a gold mine. just sayin. you should consider it..
i might be able to find an investor to bank roll a store. is there a reason, i wonder, that a shop doesnt yet exist there?

as it stands right now, the place is set up for hookah. as you'll see in the pics ill post when i get home.
but in concept it would be both. the front as a hookah lounge, the back as a vape shop, or some combination. thursday - saturday we would clear out the main room and have dance parties after 10pm, small, but paid entry.

i would need to get a tobacco license. this would allow me to sell sheesha, hookah, and yes..... even cigarettes. Not that i would, but i could..

You want exercise, chickens will give it to you. (see the movie Rocky as well). Yes I am glad the cats watch over them and the dogs were taught to herd them. makes me job so much easier... When ever I lose track of any chickens, all I have to do is look for a cat and he/she will be within 5 ft of a group.

Well it sounds like a sweet deal LD...there are big bucks with the selling of MJ licences in the area...They only gave out a select number to each county and if someone decided not to open the shop they are allowed to sell the business....I imagine it will become popular with other states that will be selling legally soon.........Just another month or 2 before the shops will be open to buy legally........

Thats right! AZ is on a slow road there, but we'll make it before most other states. Medcial was cleared a few years back, and dispensaries have opened. but legalization might take a couple more ballots (hopefully not more).
And if/when this happens, it would insanely beneficial to have an established storefront and customer base.

looking at the numbers, the shop would have to clear nearly 3k a month.
this figure is what i will focus on to see if i can make this a reality
