i may have an investor and 2 different partners interested in the hookah lounge!!

my sister, whose spent the last few days at a tv studio was doing more than filling a sitcoms audience. she was working backstage at the season finale of American Idol!! She met a ton of celebrities and bands. Im so proud of her.

Morning Treefam.....I just got up and I need to catch up and a large cup of coffee.......It was an unusual night with the "bar crowd".....very loud and drunk it seems.......so not much sleep....

I have been considering this: purchasing the place on my own (financed thru a family investor) and bring on one of the two partners as a 20-25% owner for cash up front. that way i maintain full control of the biz, but by one of them owning a good percentage they will be motivated to keep sales high as they will make more themselves.
ill talk with her today, she said it was going really well. i hope she gets it, they produce some of the biggest shows in the country, would be a great company to work for, in many many ways!#2
