LD there is no reason you can't sign it DBA ...LLC....pending....with the date....like I said CYA....if you sign your name then that puts all you own at risk........

Seems I have gotten a lot done today and all I planned on doing was sucking in air and taking up space. Guess it feels different when you do things because you want to and when you feel you have to.

Methinks the DBA wont be necessary unless i operate the biz under a different name form the LLC

Hubby finally finished job in FL and heading to NC now for a couple small jobs and may be home for a few days sometime next week. Sent him with 2 new batteries and he has apparently broken one already.. guess I had better get him some spares before he goes off on his next round of jobs.

I missed being on the last week or so, but I've been trying to read everyday and keep up with everyone.

LLC is filed, still pending. For the lease signing today, the way i put my signature is of most concern. Since the LLC is still pending, i may have to sign it in my name only, and ask to amend it shortly when the LLC clears. i dont know if she'll do that. or if i should sign as LLC anyways (should clear today!?)
