LIBERATION was amazing. we had 1200 ppl in attendance, and was our biggest production to date. insanely well put together.

Son didn't get enough sleep. Seems when this happens, nothing he does turns out right and I have to listen to him explain it all to me. I would feel sorry for him but I suggested he leave this stuff alone and not start on it until he was more rested and in a better humor.

Hookah lunge will be bought and paid for on wedesday!!
The owner was SUPER ...... that i couldnt do it sunday. he was being rude, mad that i couldnt come thru on sunday. i dont like being pushed around, so i told him "sell it. if you havent sold it by wedesday, ill be there to buy it"
dude sends me a long text this morning asking me to come by with both checks before 11. i replied "ill see you wedesday"
does the guy not get it!?
i am a single dad, with 2, going on 3 jobs (2 of which are full time), who just spent 36 of 48 of the last hours in the barren desert with no sleep, while hosting 1200 party people and over 125 staff and chaperoning 2 out of 5 out of state djs. Sunday wasnt in the cards....

now...

How'd it go this weekend LD??

went so well. it was HUGE, and everything came together smoothly. We went crazy over budget, and as a result didnt make as mush as i had hoped. but any show that breaks even is a success. Especially with a 22k+ budget!!! The original budget was supposed to be 15-18k, but gets outta hand quicklike...

Nanu... not sure what I did this time I have always liked his work...rather a sensory overload if you really look close and makes ya werk yer brain and I like that from time to time. You can pinch or pilfer it... I did, was easier than goin gthru all my stuff in my bucket.

the llc still isnt in place, i was told in the next couple of days. i really want that there to sign the bill of sale and lease.

was trying to research how to sign the lease.

my office job, Tru-Vibe Collective which is part time ALL THE TIME, and now the Tru-Vibe Lounge.

TVC takes a bit of time each day, increasingly so as we near each event. some months i have several events, others ill have one or two. Last month i produced two events on the same night. that was a lot of time sensitive coordination as i had a few djs playing both gigs, and crew spread between the two locations.
