It is a hammy day for me and any day with ham in it is a good one. Decided on ham beans today... I eat all the foods I love and nobody else will eat while hubby is away. had extra so fried it up and had with toast for breakfast.

I just got back from my docs office and he thinks I ruptured a disc in my back. He's trying to order a MRI but doesn't know if my insurance will approving it. He said I can't go back to work yet so I don't know what we're going to do. I hope something good happens for us, but I don't know what.

so here's this week's shindig!

Happy monday! It is my desire to maintain a happy and productive mentality all day, so far so good

Had quite the scare when i sat at my desk and my internet had been disconnected! i thought they finally caught me and pulled the plug. this has been known to happen. but after nearly 3 years, ya dont expect it.
ran troubleshoots, and diagnostic. nada.
pressed the blue power button and did a hard restart. now i am typing to you fine folks
