Rant alert:
It's frustrating when vendors don't list the shipping carriers/methods they use. Yesterday, I placed an order for something I've been wanting since Labor Day weekend. The vendor is located in a city one hour away. I'd been holding off because their shipping is outrageous and thought I'd wait until January, when I'll be in that city. Well, their having a decent Tday sale, so I placed my order. I was told by the live chat helper, that if I didn't "rush" the order, it would most likely ship Friday. So, I used my work address and figured I'd just see it Monday.
I've received notification that my order shipped yesterday, 2 day Priority, and arrives today!
Cool right? Wrong. The mail carrier usually arrives in the afternoon and our office is closing at noon today. While it's great to know they offer such fast shipping, had I known how/when they were going to ship, I would have had it shipped to where I'll be. Now, I have to wait until Monday for something I could have had my hot little hands on today. 
I know this is the time to be thankful, so I'll let it go and go back to looking forward to seeing it Monday. Just needed to vent.
