I admit to contemplating a demand for some recompense for my aggravation (and that first sales guy really had no clue), but I also knew that we had laundry piling up (two kids will do that)... and we couldn't drip dry much because of the rain we'll have for the next couple of days. My wife just wants a functioning dryer, and I figure I've spent enough time on it... Well, let's just see what tomorrow brings us, shall we?

Wow Count...I have to say you have much more patience than me...if it had been me, there would have been one salesman missing a head by the time that conversation was halfway through ...glad you didn't have to resort to that...hope it all goes well for you tomorrow...fingers crossed that this one works!

Boy did it turn into a long day for me...left work an hour late...was not happy about that at all. ...came home and had pasta salad with tuna and was just about to sit down and relax to catch up on some of my shows when my son and his wife decided to stop by...2 hours later I finally had to run them off because I still have stuff I need to get done.

Oh MY - Seems it was another very interesting day for a lot of people . . .

Not sure why, but keepin' track of my date and post numbers has become challengin'.

WHY ? ? ? "You're" not old enough to have those kind of problems yet . . . Just Sayin' . . .

I would think a price adjustment for at least 10% of the purchase price and a complete refund of the delivery and installation cost would be in order.

AND - Might I be so bold to suggest - even if "You" have spent enough time on it - There were just to many mistakes and the only way to make sure it doesn't happen again is to go back to that manager or even better yet the store manager to demand that refund and/or compensation be award to "You" . . . Just Sayin' . . .
