I know that Wifey and I had this conversation many times, what would've happened if we had a girl instead of 2 boys. We would have been divorced. My rules would've been much different than hers. If I had a girl she wouldn't of been able to leave the house until she turned 21. Wifey would have wanted the same rules as the boys. Why do I think that way? Because I was once a teenage boy! LOL! I'm glad both of my boys are no longer teens.

Not being a parent, I imagine it would be scarier to raise a daughter because of the potential for violence against them, as well as the possibility of pregnancy. My gf has two teen boys and they are both having sex. It's very scary to think of them "fathering" a child at this point.

I know what you mean, jpf. I keep trying to start my dates as "11/..."

As for daughters.... well, all I can say is that my wife thinks I'm kidding about me buying a really wicked-looking sword when our daughter starts dating. I'll be sharpening it every night a boy comes to visit.

My son has a Doctor appointment for the headachesale he's been having so I gotta run. I still have only bought one gift. I did some shopping for myself, new shirts and ties for the new job but without any luck. I need to find something because it's been 15 years since I've had to dress up for work.

JC Penny, Kohl's, Macy's and Van Heusen are great places to buy business attire and they all are having Cyber Monday sales!

5. I got my Nautilus today and that thing is huge! It looks funny on the istick it's so big. I put it on my rainbow Vamo and stuck a rainbow tower style drip tip on it and it looks like a light saber.. or a magic wand... I'm going with a magic wand. Not really seeing that much of a difference in flavor production that everyone talks about. I like that it holds 5ml though, and I got it for not much more than I pay for a mini protank 2 so it's all good.

I haven't been looking at any of the sales for today. There's not really anything I need or want vape related. I'm stocked up on everything. I'm done Christmas shopping too. I just need a few stocking stuffers and I'll be set.

2. Just checking in...been busy working and trying to finish up some shopping...think I have most of it done now...only have the twins left to buy for and they just want clothes, so I'll go to an actual store for those...pretty much did all my vape shopping over the weekend, and considering how much I spent, I don't need to look at anything else!

Bella, on the Nautilus...it has a little bit of a break in period and then the flavor really seems to come through, usually about midway or so through the tank, at least it did for me anyway...I have 3 of the 5ml ones and 2 minis, so I obviously like them! :D

Well that stunk. We bought our new dryer on Friday. Advertised price at Sears: $375. However, because of the low amount, home delivery and installation cost $70 (in addition to the $30 power cord and the $15 for hauling away the old one)--home delivery is free if it appliance itself is $400+. The next cheapest models were $450, so the difference would have been negligible. Delivery was set for today.

Truck arrives, guys come and haul away the old one. Upon taking it down the stairs (our washer/dryer is on the second floor), they discover that they will not be able to get the new one up because it is 0.5 inches wider than the old one which they just barely had clearance for. They needed to reschedule installation so that we could remove the handrail because to wait would have thrown them off-schedule (they are given 12 minutes on a standard install). Couldn't they just lift it over the handrail like the last time? No, because of liability.

So they will return tomorrow morning. On top of that, they left the new one (because it had already been unpacked) in our entry way. Sigh. I take a look at the handrail which has been in place since my home was built in 1971. The bolts had been painted over several times and there was no way that they were going to come off--I almost broke the steel handle for my ratchet trying to do so.

If we couldn't take the hand rail off, there was no way they were going to install it.... so, my wife and lifted the thing ourselves, negotiated the u-turn in the stairwell and now have the new dryer upstairs side by side with the washing machine. If I hadn't paid $70, I would just finish it myself by connecting the vent and plugging it in--but I paid for installation so I want them to at least do the bare minimum of what they're supposed to do. The whole point in paying for installation, for me, is because I knew what a pain it was to get the appliance up the stairs--and we had to do it ourselves anyway.

I certainly hope they follow-up to check on how the service went, because I'm going to give them a piece of my mind.

Sorry for the rant. :)
