Twice in the same day !! WOW. Just got back from rehab and they kicked my .... good !!! I can actually feel muscles under my belly flab. Dare I say abs! LOL
Going home tomorrow. I miss home but I also feel that I need about 3 more days of rehab.

One compensation is that I have a new puppy !!!!!!!! A small terrier that reminds me of my Gus, who passed last year at age 14. She came from the pound and is about five months. Cute as a bug!!
Her name is "Gussie". Very imaginative, huh.

I'm also glad to hear about the new puppy. I can relate as I lost a dear friend of 15 years when my cat Half-n-half passed a year ago. A stray kitten came into my life right after she passed. Kinda makes me wonder about reincarnation. In true creative form, she is named Straykitty. Kitty for short. She curls up next to me most every night. And head butts me awake when she wants out lol

Did some work on the video project today. My partner never made it since her kid's stomach bug seemed to be unrelenting. We'll need to catch up then some time this weekend. Now I'm trying to decide if I should work some more on that project or switch back to my regularly scheduled programming....

2. Angel, enjoy your time off!

I've been lazy today, trying to catch up on my sleep. Every time I get to sleep my daughter makes noise and wakes me up. Just got a shower, now it's time to cook dinner and I have no idea what I'm going to cook because I forgot to thaw anything out. It's too cold outside to go pick anything up, soo.. I guess I need to get busy figuring out what I'm cooking.

Finally back home. Sadly no fixed phone. Sprint's insurace deductible to replace the phone was $150!!! I couldn't believe it. Who has that kind of money lying around??!! Not me, Lol!
I may hit ebay to see what i can get

3. Got tracking for my istick 50 watt today! So excited, but it wont be here until next week probably and Monday is a holiday so booo.

I cooked tuna helper for dinner, hubby doesn't care for it, but he ate it without complaint.

2/12 #5 GMO congrats on the new pup, I had a dog for 16 yrs here and I think about getting another one quite often.

Bella,I'm afraid to look at the tracking for my 50W, last time I looked it said "tomorrow".

tiggerrts, I cancelled my house phone last summer, got a magic jack for $35 (1 yr renewable) and it works great on my cable internet. I bought a set of portable phones (5 handset, even have one in the bathroom now) so only one phone has to be plugged into the magic jack. Because it's an "internet phone" there is no listing, and the only people who call are the ones I gave the number too. (had 3 wrong numbers in 6 months). Love it.

I had Ma Bell for internet and phone, and had trouble with my internet going out, (I work from home), got ticked off. Dropped the phone, got the magic jack, then switched to cable internet. Instead of paying monthly for a house phone I got a cell (my first). I rarely ever use my cell, I'm still part dinosaur, used to the house phone. I probably don't get 3 calls a month on the cell, but I do use it to listen to music.

I barely use my phone for calls but i do text. I use it mainly as a small in the go tablet. I use the Internet all the time. Thats the part i miss the most. Even going on the forum is difficult now.
