we don't mess with the silly time change stuff here
but I have to recalculate the differences for my dealings with stuff in the States
worst one is that now the weekly conf call goes at 4:30 AM every Thu.

4. Mmmmmm....pot roast and mashed taters sound delish jpf! Not sure what we're having tonight, but I have a feeling it'll involve something fast food. I don't think anyone is in the mood to cook tonight!

Yeah Shawn, I want to see Big Hero 6...I like those kinds of movies, and it looked like it would be cute and funny...maybe we'll get it next weekend.

Rhammer I almost feel I should tell you not to try the banyan tree- it's mine all mine.... But seriously it's very good stuff, if I could afford it, it would be my all day vape-everyday ...

3/7 PIF pick again

I just finished setting my clocks forward an hour. I'm trying to trick my mind ::: Greg you're getting sleepy...your eyelids are heavy::: My alarm clock is self adjusting, don't know if my cell phone (backup alarm set for 10 minutes after the bedroom alarm) will self adjust but it should (I'm new with cells too). I have an electric cheap alarm I set an hour ahead as a just in case. All 3 will probably work now and I'll be running around the house when they go off. I missed the fall back clock adjustment and everyone freaked when I showed up early. Oh well.......

This is not something I have said to many.....
On my side of the family, I am a decedent by blood of a defender of the Alamo....
On my soon to be ex wife is blood of Davey Crocket, another defender of the Alamo...
My children then are dependents by two parts of defending the Alamo.
They fought because a Gov. wanted to disarm the people.
Enough said.......
So did you know that of all the defenders of the Alamo, about 80% were Mexican defending their rights?

Count what did your son make today. I hope you both had a great time

He got to make bookends with his choice of stickers for the decorative part. They looked like this:

Home Depot offers a free kids workshop on the first Saturday of every month. In addition to making things (this one was fairly simple), the kids also get a pin for their free apron. Both my son and my daughter's aprons are so laden with pins that they clatter when they walk. LOL! After he made the bookends, we stopped for burgers and fries, then went home where he cleaned up his Lego, read for 40 minutes, and was rewarded with being allowed to play on the Playstation. All in all, a great day for him! :) Thanks for asking.

I don't know what we're doing for dinner--although my wife did mention getting something out of the freezer, so probably something simple...

Mmmmmmmm! Roast was really good tonite and the gravy for the mashed potatoes was excellent, if I must say so myself. I usually make it with carrots and potatoes in with the roast but today I just made the roast and used the juice to make the gravy. my only complaint is that the roast wasn't big enough, I may not have any leftovers for lunch tomorrow!

Count that sounds really cool with the pins for the kids!
