5. We ended up having fried egg and ham croissants tonight...was delicious...then we watched the movie St. Vincent with Bill Murray...was a really good movie...I didn't know anything about it when he brought it home, but it turned out really good. A kind of feel good movie in a twisted sort of way!

I watched Big Hero 6 a few weekends ago. It was good, but quite the tear jerker. Have some tissue handy.

Spent some time messing with the sat dish. They're switching to a new sat and have to realign the dish. Couldn't find the new sat so had to put it back on the old one.

Might just pay someone to come do the sat dish. Need to buy a new dish anyway - the old one has some parts that are in pretty bad shape.
I set this one up when I moved in here 9 years ago so I know how to do it - just a pain in the --- to do.

Just hoping I don't have to move the dish to another spot - where it's at now doesn't have much adjustment room without something possibly blocking the signal and the new direction might be close. If I have to move it then that might mean rerunning the cable under the house.

still have over a month before they turn off the old sat to get locked on to the new one
need to find out if anyone else is running on the new one yet - would hate to find out that I spent a couple hours and the new one ain't broadcasting yet

I'm glad today is my Friday even though I'm going to have a busy 2 days off.

It amazes me how warm 29 and sunny feels after its been colder and cloudy for so long!

Jpf I had to turn my thermostat down to 67 after the cold weather we had. Felt like I was going to break out sweating any higher. By the time it hits 50 I'll be wearing short sleeves outside. Most of the snow we had has melted, hopefully it's the last storm of the year. I've spent the morning going thru my juices, and throwing my wasted money in the "give juice to someone you don't like box". Or I could take it back to the gas station I bought it from. Ugh. I wasted so much money on junk before I found ECF.
