I've been having trouble falling asleep. I can get tired as usual and normal, but when I go to bed it's like I can't fall asleep for an hour. Even though I can't fall asleep I am comfortably resting. I am wondering if it's the vape/nicotine stimulant. I sleep better now than what I did when I smoked, and my naps aren't as long. I have some 3 mg vape ( I am using 6-9 mg ) I'm going to use in the hour before bed and see if it helps tonite.

It's almost 60 degrees already here so I'm going out on my bike and get in a few miles before the rain hits later. Have a great day everyone.

2. It's a rainy, stormy day here...just perfect for my mood. So turns out my son, his wife and the kids are moving in with me this weekend. Long story, but suffice it to say, I'm not very happy about it. I know it sounds selfish of me, but I kind of resent losing my nice, peaceful, quiet house. I love my grandkids, but I don't want them around all the time! I raised my kids already and have been enjoying it just being me and the one son, who is 20, but he's never home and so it's nice and quiet. Now it's going to be crowded, loud and anything but peaceful. Now, I'll definitely be looking forward to my weekends in NOLA just to get away from the chaos!
