It's important to note, and I wish there was some sort of warning for newbies, but if you don't copy & paste pic URLs, the photo uploads will add up and you will eventually run out of space in your ECF account. I had to have an admin remove all my attachments.
Same thing happen when I started (then I learned I could do it myself - see below) - That's one of the reasons I set-up the "HowTo" in "My Blog":
Also - If "You" follow the directions I left for adding "The vape Tree" banner to your signature line "You" can post almost any image you find on the Internet in a post using the BBCode below too . . .
[CENTER . . . .][IMG . . . .] < Insert Web Address of Image Here Between Brackets > [ . . . . /IMG][. . . . /CENTER]
Remember to delete any spaces, periods, and close brackets too . . .
BTW: As an FYI - Anyone can delete the overload of attachments to their account through the "My Setting" and the "Miscellaneous" section where you see "Attachments" . . . Just Sayin' . . .

I also worked out. Was the 1st time in over 5yrs!
Just stretched and did 15mins on the stationary bike.
