The online system they use for our timekeeping is far from being a good system or user friendly - has plenty of problems and easy to mess up.
Have always had my stuff in it the right way. Today I get an email saying some of my vacation and sick time wasn't properly recorded - there were about 500 people in that group.
They were telling us to go in the system and make changes - those changes would have double charged me on the time.
Spent over 2 hours getting my records together then showing them that everything was already in there correctly. They finally say "ok, nothing needs to be changed"
All they had to do was actually look at the system records in the first place and it would have prevented the hassle.
