Robin, sounds like you're in for a fun weekend! Lots to celebrate. Enjoy!

So the tracking # for the Cool Fire finally started tracking. Remember now I received it Tuesday with my invoice saying it had shipped.. Tracking says " Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS" today. That kind of makes me mad, but there isn't anything I can do about it.

Anyway, I'm going to try to drink some coffee. My throat is still messed up.

Spent over 2 hours getting my records together then showing them that everything was already in there correctly. They finally say "ok, nothing needs to be changed"
All they had to do was actually look at the system records in the first place and it would have prevented the hassle.

...guilty until proven innocent... ..glad it "only" took you 2 hrs

Bella, I'd guess that our packages shipped at the same time (Tuesday). I just checked my tracking and while is doesn't say anything different that it did in Tuesday evening, I do see an expected delivery date on the top (which wasn't there before) for tomorrow. The status still reads as "Arrived at USPS Origin Facility", though. Time-stamped June 2, 2015 , 5:51 pm. Fingers-crossed for your package!
