6/18 - 1: Howdy all, been having a lot of trouble getting onto ECF. Uncle yes she has abandoned the house for more than a year and what is left here should be mine. I have to talk to the lawyer though, this is a 50/50 state.

Wifey has not been doing well, her ammonia level was way up from the blood test Tuesday so the Dr's office ordered a iv flush again. I'm going to be late to work cause I can't leave till its done and I can disconnect her...goin thru a rough patch, both of you...and we are here to offer you some TLC energy and prayers..cuz the Caretaker ..that's you..needs that too...prayers for clear skies ahead![]()
..difficult times Tiggs...agree with Uncle...legalese is a language best spoken and understood ..and then translated into ordinary English...by lawyers. While I don't claim to have a special talent in the laws...you are entitled to your full rights...and your lawyer should be helping you to navigate those legalese waters to do so...Keep asking your lawyer for what you want,..and what you NEED...Worst he can say is no. The Law is alot like a sport...it has rules..and you have to play within those rules...Your ex is not allowed to break those rules anymore than you are. Try to keep your cool as that will only put you in the "penalty box" and doesn't help your cause. MyUncle yes she has abandoned the house for more than a year and what is left here should be mine. 6/18 - 2: Yes that is why I have not pushed hard, and taken a police officer over to the father in laws house, or hers to get my stuff. Have they filled the mediation agreement? She took a lot and owes me, but I have the worst judge in this area. He hates men in divorce. My lawyer does not confer with me often and hers does so less often. I am in limbo still, not sure what to do. By court order I can not sell of any item, this is in their favor; well so far, so long as they have not sold off my possessions. In time if it goes before the court, then I will be in a huge burden to get out within 10 days.......difficult times Tiggs...agree with Uncle...legalese is a language best spoken and understood ..and then translated into ordinary English...by lawyers. ...sad, but that's been my experience as well...mine took his sweet time returning my calls..if at all.My lawyer does not confer with me often and hers does so less often.

6/18 - 4: Heard at my town Amarillo as well. Consider this, if a seal was broken, or a trumpet blown and all prophesied came true on the moment; who would not believe. It comes in time, over stages, it happens over time..... The news does not show what is going on. Water is turning blood red, birds and animals are dyeing off.
Those with ears will hear.... and man will make an excuse for it all.
