Just wanted to report back.
I got my GLV-2 in, and the batteries were on back-order due to the Chinese Lunar something or other.
So I ordered some batteries from Lighthound down in TX, and they got here over the weekend. Charged them with the charger I also ordered and threw them in and fired it up. The De Kang Coconut 100% PG that I so loved in my eGo now thoroughly sucks.
The good news is all of my vaporbomb stuff now rocks my socks. Throat hit on this thing at 5v is amazing!! Even the 100% VG stuff I have is amazing now, previously having no throat hit at all now makes me cough. I am going to start overdosing here just in trying all the flavors I have put on hold because they weren't good with my 510 and not much better with my eGo.
I received mine in the quoted timeframe and the battery delay is not his fault. I definitely recommend the GLV-2 to anyone who is on the fence about whether or not they wanna jump up from a 510/eGo. There's a considerable difference between the eGo and the GLV-2, just in the usability of 100% VG alone. The vapor is a lot warmer, and miles more satisfying (to me).
