I use Walmart's Humco glycerin.

You don't have to mix it with anything... Glycerin will wick better if it's thinned, though. PG or distilled water will work fine.

If you'e going to add it to a premixed e-juice, then it will lower the nic and flavoring by whatever ratio you mix it in at. If that's the case, 20-30% would probably make a good difference.

If you use enough of it to make any noticeable difference in vapor, you WILL notice the weaker flavor and possibly even the weaker nicotine content. If you can't get VG based juice of the same flavor and nic level, you're pretty much screwed. You're just going to have to live with less taste. If you can get hold of some flavorless VG nic juice, at least you can preserve the nic. strength.
