i just got my gogo on monday and its awesome, i love the minty menthol. ive been vaping on a fresh battery all day. giving it the three click shut off when its in my pocket, turning it back on when in use. ive noticed the extra long drag cut off and what not, but my GO-Go just flashed 15 times and shut off, now each button press prompts it to flash 15 times. Im fairly certain the battery is dead and its charging with a red light.

but i thought 10 flashes was the dead battery sign, it says so on my go-go user guide page.

is this a change in the new go-gos?

also my raspberry form cigeasy is not as flavorful as i want it to be. ive been steeping it cap off since i unboxed it, but it still doesnt smell like anything, and the taste is only slightly sweet, i cant detect raspberry. should i steep it longer? im sure the raspberry is hiding somewhere in it, i just want it to come out and play.
a friend had an awesome raspberry in his E9 a while back, and i really want that taste again, maybe a different vendor?

The best raspberry I've found is Vaperite:
Naturally Flavored Raspberry Vape Juice

I'm thinking of trying this:
Velvet Vapors - Raspberry Flavor
Her Raspberry Ginger Ale is very good.
I've ordered raspberry from at least half a dozen different vendors and Vaperite and Velvet Vapors are the only two that I can actually taste or smell raspberry. The rest have no taste/smell at all.

15 flashes might be the new gen gogos that just came out. The battery is telling you to charge it. when the batt runs all the way down like that, it's a good thing as then the whole computer chip reboots and you should have a trouble free batt with no glitches.
Let the Rasberry steep some it should get much better in a week or so. Welcome to the gogo nation. Here is a gogo user guide we put together.

I vaped the raspberry carto all night and filled it up before i went to bed. i noticed the bottle smelled sweeter than previously. not like raspberrys, but almost like perfume. when i vape it, it tastes the way shampoo smells, very light and flowery. i can definately detect some raspberry now. my hopes are that continued steeping will bring out more a more fruity flavor to overpower the perfumey flavor.

on another note, will juices with less nicotine have stronger flavors? due to less of the peppery nicotine TH? will natural flavors such as raspberry be better in a VG mix?

i have minty menthol in PG, and so far i can find nothing i dont like about it, in fact im probably going to need to order a bottle of the stuff when my prefilled Go-carts run out.

Taste buds are the most fickle things. They are constantly changing. They change based on your diet, intake, mood and physical nature. I've had mine change twice in the course of a day vaping the same juice from the same carto. Even when someone has the best mod money can buy, they are still looking for that perfect juice. when they get it their taste changes in three days. Juice flavors are very elusive, at best.

did you get your gogo batteries to charge properly? Never heard an update on your situation since I posted a response to your query.

yes, the battery charged just fine. im waiting for my other to die down to count the flashes.

as far as taste buds go, i had some pizza last night and it tasted like tomatos and cheese. Not too surprising, but i do believe my taste buds are coming back after years of newports. pizza is great! Im almost tempted to run around the neighborhood licking things. :)

BTW mohawkx, +rep for the user guide. I havent figured out how to add rep (if this forum even has rep). but i certainly appreciate the feedback.

On the subject of Raspberry juice...I love it from Ms T! It's good right away, but if you let it steep, it's gets even better. I don't know percentages, only that it really has the taste of fresh raspberries. When ordering from her, just make sure you are not in a hurry. They are very slow at getting things out, so be prepared to wait 1-3 weeks. She will only make the juice when she receives the order, plus I think she must be doing it all by herself. Great flavor juices, but slow service.

Flowery can usually gotten rid of by uncapping, popping out the dropper tip and placing it somewhere very safe from kids, pets, spills for several hours to overnight. Then stick the dropper back in and recap, Try again. if not ready let if sit capped for a couple of weeks.

I also recommend you not use cartos to try juices. Use a drip tip on the atty to try them or use a cart. Does Gogo have attys and carts? If not, then you could try carefully removing the stuffing from a carto, then rinse and dry well, and use it for dripping to test juices.

Nicotine has a peppery taste. PG lets through the most flavor (including that peppery taste), TH, irritation of nicotine. VG dulls all of those but makes more vapor. I generally like juices around 70pg/30vg.

Something good to have are good mixer juices and some empty bottles of various sizes, including the little 3ml ones. You can rescue some eh juices with mixers. A good vanilla is #1. I use Backwoods Brew Vanilla Bean (which I also vape alone) or Tasty Vapor Ultimate Vanilla as my mixing vanillas. Like I got a very good delicate Cherry Blossom juice from Void Mist (sample). Then I tried MadVapes Cherry Blossom and they had used too much flavoring to the point where it was like cherry cough syrup. I cut it 50/50 w/ Tasty Vapor Ultimate Vanilla into a 3ml bottle and now it's great. I had a juice with almond in it and it was bitter - some vanilla fixed that up. My other fave mixer is FreedomSmokeUSA Cocoa - dark dark chocolate and barely sweet.

Some other good fixer-uppers are liquid sweetener (Tasty Vapor and Mrs T sell already-diluted sweetener). And flavorings. If Raspberry is going to be one of your core flavors, consider buying the a few brands of pro raspberry flavoring in the major brands used in eliquids. OneStopDIYShop carries a decent selection of 3 brands of flavorings. Perfumer's Apprentice site has all of their own flavors. ShopBettys has a pretty full selection of Lorann. FreedomSmokeUSA and LiteCigUSA.net and maybe PureVapes carry various flavors of Flavourart.

Thanky you all for your responses!

After sitting out for a few days the raspberry has begun to smell strongly of perfume. after topping off my Go-cart i was unable to continue vaping it after a few drags. Its almost akin to getting a mouthful of incense smoke, not very pleasant. although i did notice a strong fruity taste on my lips after licking them. the taste on my lips is spot on in terms of the flavor i want, but the vapor leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. (pun intended?)

completely unrelated... do the prefilled go-carts have a full 3ml in them? I would post in the go-go forum but i do not have posting privileges yet.

also, did other go-go owners get their go-go in a ziplock baggie as opposed to the green and white box? perhaps cigeasy is unboxing and testing the new products as they go out?

The first Go-Go I bought off the classified and it came it the original box, the second I purchased from cig-easy and it came in a ziploc baggie. I don't mind not getting the box, but I think they should say they don't send the original packaging on their site. Some people might get upset over this.

One thing I do not like at all is the cig easy name imprinted on my Go-Go batteries. Same with other vendors who stamp their batteries. Luckily, I bling up my stuff and can easily cover up the spam.
