I have been happy with my Go-Go kit but I recently ordered 15 atomizers. The first box of 5 were perfect but the other two boxes had atomizers that when screwed in the threads on the atomizers made it so that the atomizer didn't connect with the battery. I looked at all the other atomizers and I noticed that each one had a deep battery end that when screwed in tightly it still didn't connect with the battery.

I was thinking great, all these atomizers are duds. Then I thought how can all 10 atomizers be defective?!? So instead of complaining about them, I decided to shave down the extra metal off the atomizer on the battery end til I could hear the battery connect finally with the atomizer and being able to exhale vapor.

My question is... I want to order a new set of atomizers but do not want to go through the pain-staking process of shaving down the atomizer everytime I am about to fill it up with juice...Is there a guarantee or some kind of QA process on your atomizers so this doesn't happen again? If you want proof I can take a photo of a pre-shaven atomizer to another atomizer that works straight out of the box. I am planning on ordering soon so hopefully I get a response soon. Also wanted to know if anyone else has encountered this problem as well. I have 2 Go-Go kits and been using all 4 batteries with much enjoyment but that extra step to shave down the atomizer each time I fill them up is a pain in the .... I really hope I just got a bad batch.

Here is a pic of the comparison of the atomizer that didn't connect to the battery (left) and a atomizer that works straight out of the box. Hope this helps.

Yep, that extruding carto post pushes down the center post on the battery. This is the same issue I posted about two days ago. If you take a small pin you can wiggle that center post up through the airholes. You don't need to move it up much to make it work with the rest of the cartos again, very little movement upwards will make it work. Also, with those cartos that protrude out more, be sure not to screw them down as tightly as you would with the ones with the shorter base, or you'll press that center post down again. Repeatedly moving the center post will eventually weaken the rubber o-ring at the bottom and causing problems or ruining the battery.

Me and SSV2 are working on a DIY solution to permanently fix that center post in place. Quite honestly what that post needs is a thicker more flexible o-ring that has a bit of give so it can flex with the different shape of the bottom of the cartomizers.
