Go-go battery issues!!

I recently bought a go-go battery from Gotvapes and am having some issues the biggest issue is when I press the button the light comes on for one second then goes off and I have to reclick it is this a known issue or a defective battery?

maybe they have the 5 click auto off feature try clicking it several times fast.

There's no 5-click auto off I tried that on day one when I got it.
