I tried once using single coil but the smoke is not that thick as you using double coil

My vapor production is quite good for a single coil. I don't like dual coils because with 2 coils you have twice the coil problems and 4x the wick problems.

I use Japanese cotton. I separate them into three sheets and cut them into rectangles and roll the cotton up, stick it in cut them and fluff the ends... But with the goblin you have to trim the ends and lead those tails into the juice channel but not stuffed to the point that you're not pulling in liquid.

You using what mod?
Power or joules?
Fire up to how many watts?
I'm using sx mini
Fire up 20watts
Using nichrome
26gauge 8wraps
And every time I vape it has a burn taste

im using M80, with power mode. 15.5watts is my sweet spot with 100% opened air hole. I think you should decrease your wraps because the deck is small and cooling isn't fast enough thats why you got the burn taste? Or you check whether your cotton has break apart?

The build in the pic is a dual coil, 28g, 3mm ID, 0.5ohm (can't remember the wrap count, maybe 6).

Great vape at 25w!

3mm ID, is a very tight fit in the GM.

I've recently been building: dual coil, 2.5mm ID, 7wraps, 0.62ohms

Fantastic vape at 27-30w :)

Never leaks or dry hit

Thanks to you dude and I think it's because of my cotton I didn't put it properly

When using Kanthal on the SXMM you should be in Power mode, not Joule mode. Joule mod is for temp sensing wire, either ni200, or Ti Gr1 has native support on the SXMM with their latest firmware.

GMini builds, eh? 26g kanthal 7-8 wraps 2.5mm ID is pretty good, that's what I'm using in my non-TC Gmini right now. Due to the small chamber / build deck you don't really have a lot of options, but that basic dual coil build seems to be pretty good for me.

Then how about nichrome isit a temp sensing wire too?
