We are experiencing the 'kazootie' in this household. My husband got it first and bless his heart, he gave it to me. He is soooo kind. We are better, but still feel like garbage. If we don't get much better soon, it's off to the 'ol doctor.'
Wanted to tell you guys that Lady T came to visit for 3 1/2 days and we had such a good time! What she posted on this board is exactly who she is in person. We found we had even more in common than we knew. I did my best to talk to her into moving her family down here, but to no avail. I really enjoyed having her and pray we get another chance to have a girlie weekend again soon! Lady T and I were talking on the phone yesterday about everyday problems and I asked her if she ever kept a 'Dear God' journal. It's great for prayer requests and unburdening your heart. I told her that I have kept 2 different kinds of journals.....one to God, and one secular. I personally found that I felt more connected and respectful when I wrote to God. Then a word of knowledge came to me from the Lord that Psalms was King David's journal. Even though I love Psalms, it always seemed that King David was a bit bi-polar......up one minute and down the next.....until yesterday. It all fell into place for me. It just goes to show that when you feel like you are knowledgable, the Lord reminds you how little you know. I just wanted to pass that along as it sure hit me upside the head.....sort of like NCIS when the boss smacks one of the agents upside the head. That was me.
