We are all familiar with the variety of tobacco being used in Western Societies.

Well I have the motive to come up with some Shisha Flavored ejuice. For those who don't know what Shisha is it is the Flavored Tobacco used in Hookahs. As some may also know Hookah bars are becoming more popular throughout the States as of recent years.

I know, or think (but who knows really(?)), that the Base Tobacco Flavor Concentrates probably won't cut it as a starting point for making a Shisha ejuice.

Would anyone here know of a good starting point or have some type of intuition that could guide others in developing a Shisha flavor?

Usually Shisha is flavored with some type of fruit flavoring like Apple for instance.

The key ingredient in most "shisha" tobacco is molasses and/or honey. Mu

I've experimented with trying to make my own flavors, and so far failed. I haven't found a vendor with molasses flavor at all, and tried honey from a couple and did not care for them. I have found a decent clove flavor from bettervapes.com which is key in some flavors. I need to try a whole lot more flavors, as I am very interested in a good shisha myself.

I have considered trying the "stones" Shisharoma I do miss the social aspect of shisha as well.

Thanks for responding.

I saw that Molasses is a key ingredient, a long with honey, the other day. The trick is finding a Good Molasses Flavoring.

I'm also working on the idea of an electronic hookah. But it would consume a ton of Liquid and making the liquid into a huge amount of Vapor hasn't been done yet; in the amounts of vapor that would mimic what a hookah would give off! So there goes several problems for me to solve.

First is figuring out which Tobacco base flavoring to start off with. Second Molasses or Honey. Third a Fruit flavor like Apple and Strawberry et al. So three different flavor components and the most important one at this time is the Sweetener!

I got into hookas about 4 years ago for a while, then got out of it when the gaskets in my hooka started leaking and I just stopped once I ran out of Shisha. Then I bought several flavors of top grade Shisha about 1 year ago, but my hooka was even worse off than before and needed more repair, so I just forgot about it again.

But one thing that became painfully obvious when looking into hooka smoking was that most of the hooka tobacco brands for sale out there on the net or especially on Ebay are CRAP!!! There is no such thing as discount shisha that is good tasting. If its cheap, it will suck.

There are lots of brands, but the top brands that were always given the most praise were Starbuzz and Romman and Fumari. These are the premium brands. I prefer Starbuzz, but its opinion. Aside from that there are cheap and mid range shishas, but its most safe to go for the gold with shisha if you want good flavor. I always loved Starbuzz's White Peach. Is still have like 4 unopened tins of Romman and Starbuzz somewhere from last year, but dont know where....

Here's a good source: Buy Hookah Tobacco, Shisha & Hookahs for Sale at Hookah-Shisha.com

I wonder if you could just buy shisha and extract the flavor from it and turn it into an e-liquid?

This method seems sound, but I haven't tried it. I have switched to no nicotine. I will probably give it a shot with some herbal shisha.

I sold my hookah before moving cross country, and haven't wanted to buy one, as it keeps tobacco on my mind. But than again, I am thinking of getting new one to try the stones in, and perhaps try to mod somehow? My hubby is quite the project man, so who knows what he'll do with it.

A lot starbuzz tobaccos have VG in them but the key is to separate it from honey from it so you then you just have to add nicotine and/or PG to it. Any chemistry dudes out there with ideas?
