Hello, I'm new to the forum. After much deliberation I have decided to make the switch. After endless hours searching the interwebs I have decided to order an ego-c twist t3 setup. I have NO clue as to what brand/pg,vg mix/flavor to get. I am curious if going to a tobacco flavored juice would satisfy my cravings or not. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I thought at first I would need a tobacco flavour to satisfy my cravings but that wasnt the case at all, I am still yet to find my All Day Vape as I like variety and have about 5 diff flavours going at the same time in different setups. Its the nicotine your body craves so just pick a flavour you think you will like and try it out, they all have the nic you need. Welcome

Alien Visions sells a 100% VG Boba's Bounty that is unlike any tobacco you have ever had. Halo also sells a lot of tobacco flavors. Personally me, I would almost steer away from t-bac flavors, because they are not going to taste like a cigarette. Plain and simple. I would stick with another flavor you are comfortable with, like a good fruit/alchol flavor to regain your tastes back, before going back to t-bac. But to each his own... You could also try Mt. Baker Vapor, which has great juice, at an incredible price!

Hi JustFrank. Almost lost your post in the flurry of activity going on.
Short answer: Juice is subjective. I like some of the tobaccos, but I don't like sweet stuff. Having said that, there are sweets that I order again and again. Whatever appeals to you is right. Want coconut? Order it. Just get a small bottle to try first, because you might not like it. Regarding PG and VG, I like 70/30 - that doesn't mean you will, though. Maybe a small bottle of 70/30 and another of 100VG, and try them both out. I prefer the first though - just sayin'.
So, which will it be - the red or the blue pill? :)

Hiya JustFrank...I am new too...almost a month now...and after I got my first e-cig I never had another analog. I know it hasn't been very long but I feel really confident that this is working for me! I rarely want a real cig...and sometimes when hubby comes home smelling of cig, it stinks! I went into it thinking
that this was not meant to be fun so flavors would not even be an option...then I picked up a small bottle of no nic vanilla and added it to top off my cart...oooooh, wow...that was delish...so I got some prefilled coffee carts...and off we go to flavor town! I will say I have thus far not been impressed with the fruity stuff...but now I am of the mind that if I am not enjoying it why am I doing it? Nice to be able to control the nicotine concentration too! Good luck!!

Ooh, and VaperMate has a 50/50 PG/VG and a 100% VG.

Here are a couple more places to try out...Virgin Vapor is my personal favorite:

Virgin Vapor | Electronic Cigarette Organic e-Liquid | Electronic Cigarettes
Heathers Heavenly Vapes, Top Quality Custom E-Liquids
The Best eJuice - VapeDudes.com - Hand-Crafted Gourmet & Organic - 100% USA Ingredients

Like what was said before...just pick some flavors that sound good to you & try them. Research steeping techniques as well so if you don't like something, you can let it steep for a while before trying it again. It can help a lot with flavor.

Welcome to the cool kid table JustFrank. Glad to hear you are getting into ecigs. Ego batteries are a phenominal way to get started. As far as juice goes, there are a TON of options out there. I personally started out with a local brand called Vapure. They have an online store as well as an ever growing population of brick and mortar stores. They have a wide selection and offer all of their flavors in pg/vg or mixes. They recommend 100% vg, but i find this to be a bit viscous for tanks and am starting to blend in a bit more pg for the lightness and ease of wicking. Basic ideas to consider are this. vg is THICK, but it has insane flavor and vapor production while pg is a lot thinner and has a more intense throat hit. I would buy a few different flavors with all being different blends of pg/vg and maybe one 100% vg. Flavor wise I think we all tell our selves, "I'm going to start with a tobacco flavor. That way I know it will work!" Hogswallop. I started that way and got about 1/3 of the way through my bottle. It was just not my thing. I really enjoy baked goods. German Chocolate coffee is a great dripping flavor. Snickerdoodle in my tanks works great for an all day tape. Sweets are VERY sweet and typically are good for mixing into less sweet flavors for a touch of change rather then puckeringly tart or sweet on a constant basis. Long story short. Try everything until you find what you are really into! BTW, if you have a brick and mortar store near you, check it out. Most will let you try every flavor they carry.

I'm another "Thought i would need tobacco flavor" person. Thankfully my gf's blu starter pack had some other flavors. That's the only good thing i can say about Blu, I don't think they would keep very many people from smoking. Anywhoo... Currently i'm pretty happy with a flavor from a nearby brick'n'morter called "Coconutty" I like to add a bit of cherry to it as well and then it tastes like one of those "Big Cherry" candies. Don't be afraid to experiement, trying other flavors won't make you any more or less likely to backslide, and lets face it, taste and smell was never one of cigarettes strong suits!

Happy Vaping!
Christine

Welcome JustFrank! I am a menthol vaper, so not a lot of help with tobacco flavors personally...but I can tell you that my husband is a tobacco flavor fan and also a vaper. He started out liking the "Cowboy" (also called "country") from Smokeless Image, and still does, but he tried a couple of others and now is crazy about MyVaporStore's Flue Cured and Liberty Flights Gold and Silver.

He's very happy with them all!

I doubt that you'll find a complete kit with T3's. Prolly have to find a site that has everything and place an order piece by piece.

I can't believe the amount of responses. I joined another forum on the 24the & have yet to get a responses there. Could someone mayhaps steer me to a site where I may be able to find an ego twist t3 setup for a decent price? A genuine joyetech with the larger battery would be preferred. Thanks!

WOW! Quick replies! Thank you very much. I was leaning toward Mt. Bakers just from what read of them. They do have a good selection of flavors. I do have a sweet tooth. I also saw that they have a bacon flavor. Anyone tried it?

Do not buy any bacon flavored eliquids. Those are primarily gag gifts and not intended to be a serious vape...at least not until they can get the flavors right.

I may be the odd woman out, but I started with tobacco e-juice and it is still my all day vape. Each person is different. How about ordering small bottles of tobacco and other 'stuff' that sounds good to you. I suggest small bottles of e-juice until you find the supplier and types of juice you like. Remember: your sense of taste is about to go through about a million changes over the next year or so. What you like tonight, you may hate tomorrow afternoon.

Google "t3 leaking". I don't own the T3 but a husband/ wife/ friends bought them 2 weeks ago. Same vendor/ same batch- her's leaked immediately while his worked flawlessly until a few days ago and then the leaks began. I'm usually pretty good at solving PV related issues but I looked at it and couldn't figure it out. In regards to a larger tank on a Twist it would look funny and be top heavy. Getting back to the T3 there are some that LOVE them but QC seems to be hit and miss. Quality Control issues seem to be the norm within the industry IMO.

I was leaning toward the t3 just from viewing reviews. That is the site I was looking at though. Is there a better alternative to the t3? I think I'd appreciate a bigger tank. Really happy with the knowledge being tossed my way! You guys/gals are awesome!
