I’d try and find somewhere you could order stuff from wherever to pick up like a member or something.
Might I suggest...
Rent a private mailbox in Buffalo (about US$130 a year) - NOT A PO BOX - and have everything shipped there?
It's what I have to do here in Mexico - though for different reasons, perhaps.

legit company I have used. You don't have to "rent" from them. If you call them they will setup and account for you to use once.
Ship your juice there, and simply pick it up.
Do be careful.. A personal amount of juice isn't a problem crossing in practice, but if you are trying to bring back a year's supply or a large amount you may have issues. At that point it’s not a personal quantity it obvious to them that you are importing most likely for sale, which may or may not bring HC inspection into the picture. You may want to consider methods to smuggle it..
