ha ha!yeah...but ecig supplies seem to come in somewhere near the bottom of Maslow's hierarchy of needs for us...A point of view that I wholly agree with - but watch out for the bailiffs...

I've just found out these ones don't work in the cigar. I think that needs 10430, not 10440 batteries. The cigar charger will charge them though.
EDIT: Whoops. Tell a lie. I've just tried the 10440 from my kissbox USB cable and that's absolutely fine in the cigar. Maybe I've got duff batteries. Hmm.

Ahh, I've found the problem and it's not duff batteries. It's best shown with a photo I think. The battery on the left is from my KB USB cable and the one on the right is one of the ones from Dealextreme. Notice how much more covered the negative connection is on the DE one.
I took a knife and trimmed back the plastic covering the cathode on the DE one so it was more exposed like the KB one and it works perfectly in the cigar now. Woohoo!
edit: You beat me to it Kate. LOL. Also means I should be able to charge the cigar batteries in my KB USB cable too. Nice.

Mmmm. I just filled up one of the carts with Wicked Virginia. Man that's a gorgeous smoke out of this cigar. Smooth and really flavourful. I need to go to bed, but this is too nice.
Mine arrived yesterday. The batteries are properly charged and it's been on its maiden run. VERY nice - smooth and strangely cigar-like in feel. The liquid in the supplied carts is a bit odd so have used an empty and filled with glyc mixed with TW "Cigar". Very, very nice smoke....

It is a nice smoke isn't it? TW Virginia is excellent in it. Really smooth and flavourful. I agree with you on the regular liquid though. It's not ideal in the cigar. I bought 25 cartridges of it with the cigar and I've noticed that Chinese (lack of) quality control is definitely showing itself with the cartridges. I've had one that just wouldn't produce vapour at all and one that wouldn't screw in fully. Some of them are absolutely excellent though so I'll keep them and refill them with nice liquid.

I thought the generic carts might be odd (as they often are) - which is why I bought some empty carts with it. No problems topping up with glyc/liquid mix, so a happy bunny here. I must try the Virginia one day - but not for a few months as my liquid stock is now large enough to take me through 'til March (at a rough guess)
Mine arrived on Thursday, was great to start off with but the vapour has really dropped off now. There seems to be fluid in the battery chamber which I'm guessing has something to do with it. Does anyone have any idea if I can fix this or not? I tried blowing it through and standing on it's end to drain last night but still no joy today.

Mine is still producing plenty of vapour. Not quite as much as when I first got it, but nearly as much as my penstyle. It does depend on the quality of the cartridge I put in though. There's definitely dodgy quality control there.
BadSeed - just bought one of the few left. It's not entirely your fault - I'd misplaced more than half my e-cig stuff, panic set in and the notion of finding a use for my 10440 Janty batteries lessened the blow .
I've since found my bag from where it was carefully placed by my 18 mth old granddaughter!

It's a great hobby this one. I am actually saving money despite buying new toys. We'll wait and see what the new year brings.
