There is nothing on the market (yet) that is the size of an iTaste VV with the battery capacity of a 2000/2200 mah battery. Compromises in either size or battery capacity will have to be made. Either a larger
device which can hold a larger battery, or a smaller device with less battery capacity.
An iTaste MVP2 will have 2600 mah battery capacity (2 - 3 days on a charge), but will be the size of a small remote control. Still pocket/purse-friendly, but nowhere the small size of an iTaste VV, and using a box mod form factor.
The Segelei Mini ZMax or Mini Provari are small tube mods which are very pocket/purse-friendly. But they use only a 700 mah 18350 battery (6 - 8 hours on a charge). I personally don't mind carrying a couple of spare 18350 batteries along in a pocket (in a plastic battery case) in order to use such a small device when I'm out and about.
My Mini Provari is my all-day every-day mod. A moderately-priced high-end mod, it is worth every penny to me.
Why Provari?
