I'm trying to start mixing juice. Why? I don't know - why not? :D

I've got PG and VG. I've got a few flavors, though they are loranns or McCormick.

I kind if want to see what the process and results are before heavily investing in it.

Anyone have any good simple recipes for a beginner? Something that will impress me enough to place an order from one of the flavor sites? I personally don't care about the nicotine, since I'm vaping for flavor not nicotine.

Many thanks

I would suggest get a good calculator like this eJuice Me Up - Best eJuice Calculator start with what ever one flavor you have that you like. Experiment with that until you are satisfied and then you can branch out to more complex mixing. Just MHO

Edit: This is also a good calc .http://www.ecigvape.com Sign up and you can access many user recipes.

Welcome to the freedom that is DIY mixing:thumbs:

I don't know about you but, before I started making my own juice, I spent a fortune constantly searching for e liquid that I liked. Now I have more juice than I know what to do with. I haven't bought pre-mixed since the day I started making my own. Now I spend a fortune on mixing supplies and I'm having the time of my life. I hope you have as much fun as I'm having.

As far as recommendation - that's hard to say without more info regarding what you like. Do you like fruit, chocolate, bakery, tobacco, coffee flavors?

Also - it would be good to know what you have on hand.

I'm a tobacco guy. I want to place an order for flavors, but the recipes I keep reading seems like you need access to the whole locker of flavors! Because there are trace amounts of this and that in stuff you'd never expect.

I like coffee, cigar (not cigarettes) not so much fruity...bakery it's ok.

Some of the flavors I've been vaping lately...red soda, glazed pecan, and white chocolate all from artisan vapors.
Others I've liked, Cuban from artisan, cohiba from dekang (which is a little caramel hint y), some local tobacco blend with coconut among other flavors...kind of tropical tobacco not bad. I bought a Graham cracker + pie crust, that's kind of buttery, different..not bad.

Then I think I'd like sour, lime, cranberry....

Tried a blueberry, yuk. Banana taste ok but smells so yukky, couldn't get past the first try. Absinthe (black licorice)...not for me.

Had local mixture of Jack & coke, delicious. Bought a Jack & coke from mass produced China brand from a b&m...omg it was horrible! Got a run flavor, same brand...excellent.

For an easy tobacco to start with, I'd recommend trying some Hangsen. You can get them at EcigExpress. I haven't had a Hangsen tobacco that I didn't like. For a nutty tobacco, the T5 and Highway are good. For something sort of like a cig flavor, the RY1 is good. You could just look around the site and pick a few. I don't think you could go wrong. There's a thread about Hangsen flavors around here. People mix them in the 3% to 7% range, depending on how strong you want it.
