Good cartos from Volcano

Recently purchased a Blu cig starter kit and wanted blanks I could fill myself, which blu doesn't have a clue about.
Filled my own blank cartos from Volcano and the results are very good. Better vapor than the Blu by far.

Too bad one of my blu batteries died after only 2 weeks...

Oh well, no big thang. I ordered a Riva 510 from Liberty Flights, the first battery is charging as I type this.
8 hours of charging, 20 minutes of vaping and another hour.

Can't wait!

I did the same thing at one point. Volcano blank cartos with blu batteries. Volcano's batteries are 90 mAh and blu's are 150 mAh, so the Volcano cartos are designed for lower-powered batteries. I think that's why blu batteries heat them up so well and so quickly. I never had any issues with Volcano cartos and blu batteries, either.

I've upgraded to an eGo-T nowadays, but I still get Volcano tanks for it. Anyway, be sure to try some e-juice with some PG in the mix. That juice blu uses tastes great, but it's 100% VG and that's hard on atomizers. Happy vaping.

I purchased a Riva 510 SE from Liberty Flights about two weeks ago. So far it is great. I've tried some cheap plastic tanks which are hit and miss; when one works well it is a dream. I notice that the re-filled blank carts seem to get the best vapor. Two of my cheapie tanks do too. I hope you like your Riva 510 as much as I do. I'm still a noob and didn't start vaping until I made this purchase. I haven't been disappointed.

Good to hear. I plan to use the tea bag method to refill my carts. To hell with poly fill!

I use juice that is 80 PG/20 VG...interesting to hear that Blu uses purely VG, no wonder the throat hit and taste are so weak!

I've tried a method I picked up on youtube. I kept my empty carts and use Fluval (Water Polishing Pad) that I bought in a pet store. It is aquarium filter material. I am currently vaping some tobacco e-liquid in a cart that had Fluval and coconut flavored e-liquid. I just pulled the fluval out, rinsed it thorougly under water, and used a paper towel to dry it completely. Good vapor and no after taste. Check it out. 510 Beginners Tutorial - YouTube

When you get tired of cartridges and dripping, go try out some Resurrectors(cartomizers). Not having to fill them for hours at a time plus low resistance makes these things a great investment.
