Good cigarette-like tobacco flavors to buy with PayPal?

I've visited several websites with very good ratings on the taste and quality of the e-liquids. Yet I haven't been able to buy them because I don't have or want a CreditCard and it drives me crazy!

Does anyone know a decent company that sells e-juice for a reasonable price with the option to pay with PayPal? I'm looking for a taste that is similar to a Marlboro Light (or at least similar to any analog) with the smokey flavor.

I'm so desperate that I don't even mind vaping the taste of a wet ashtray. As long as it isn't a weak sweet taste that's supposed to taste like Tobacco. Oh and I also love the smell of people that have just smoked a Marlboro (maybe even more than actually smoking them), maybe that's a flavor that's available on the net with the option to pay with PayPal? I'm just making suggestions in the right direction here, though.

The problem is that - officially - vendors in the US are not allowed to use PayPal for transactions involving nicotine liquid. But vendors in other countries don't have the same restrictions (to the best of my understanding). Since you are located in the Netherlands, your best bet would be to find a local/European vendor who can accept PayPal.

Not sure if you can get this in the Netherlands, but can you get a pre paid credit card? Like a Visa, American Express, or Mastercard gift card that is reloadable? That would ensure you can buy from any vendor that ships to the Netherlands without PayPal.

I think there is a thing like that here, but my next question is of course; do you pay a monthly fee or something like that? Buying the actual card isn't a problem if that's necessary, I just don't want to get stuck with the additional costs of it every couple of weeks or months.

Well, here in the states, some of the prepaid gift cards have a one time activation fee, usually of about $5, but that's all. There is not typically a monthly fee to use them. But then again, things may be different in your corner of the world.
