Hello Fellow Vapers.

:)

Just joined the forum as I just found it and see that it is lively and informative and contains a wealth of info.

I joined the vape party a little late so to speak as living in backwaters, sometimes you miss the big innovations :)

Anyway, I'm looking for some advice on a what to do next with a first large nicotine extraction. I used 500grams of strong local standard tobacco (Thai) covered it in water, heated till boiling point for a few minutes then left to cool and strained. Took the solution and boiled it down. I was left with a 100ml (approx) of pitch black oil. I diluted this with 350ml of USP grade PG and now have a 450ml glass bottle of oil/extract.

Question is what to do next :)

Online the pure nicotine I see sold is a clear liquid - how do you take the oil I have and produce that??

Or is there no need to?? should it simply be diluted in small amounts with PG/VG and flavorings??

I'm trying to get together the nicotine solution strength kit and can source everything needed but the .12n sulphuric acid
required for the formula to work. I can get .10n sulphuric acid however. Can anyone suggest a way of adjusting the formula so you can calculate the strength using .10 sulphuric acid?

Here's the formula - thanks in advance for any help

I forgot to take shots at the beginning, but below is what's left of about 450-500 grams of dark strong plain smoking tobacco (Thai)
tobacco left.jpg

This pot is about 12" in circumference. This is 8 hours after I poured it off and simply whats left in the pot

About 100ml of oil mixed with 350ml of PG

The final (for this part of the procedure) product

Will now attempt to blend with a 70/30 VG/PG base and some flavouring.
