Good Flavor for Wine Drinkers?

I am trying to get the woman to switch from analog to vape. She drinks red wine and I was wondering if there was anyone who has suggestions for good flavors to go with Cabernet Sauvignon.
I doubt she will like anything too sweet like apple or grape, but I was thinking of something orange-y since she really enjoys my mulled wine. (slightly modified Glühwein which I'll divulge on request)
Thoughts?
Thanks in advance

Welp, UrK, not "orangey" per se, but excellent with adult beverages... in fact, the BEST of all of the many (MANY) I own.

NiteLiteVapor Twilite (pvliquids.com).

It's actually an extraordinary subtle flavor that pairs quite well with a glass of wine. (ask me how I know)

A dessert flavor would be the best bet. I don't think anyone makes a red wine liquid. There is a champagne flavoring you could diy with a fruit. Strawberry or raspberry might be good. Creme brulee might be a excellent choice as well. If she likes sangria, a fruity citrus would pair well. Good luck.

I'm a big red wine drinker too, and when I switched to vaping one of the hardest things for me was to find a vape that went well with a glass of the good stuff (I have a sweet tooth too and most of my sweet vapes just do not go well with a nice dry red).

The best I have found so far is 'El Blacco' from G2 Vapor which I can only describe as a smooth, mild, blackberry cigar. Very little citrus/sweetness in this, so it does not overload the taste buds to the detriment of the wine.

This may sound a little weird but... I mixed up a small batch of sweet cream (Capella's) with nothing else added. The original idea was to add a fruit to it but my wife made a peach cobbler. So I ate, and vaped, and ate and vaped some more. And it was great in a completely strange/delicious way. Now that you know the level of my devotion to vaping, I'm willing to bet that it might work with a glass of just about any wine. lol

I really like Legend or Heavenly army from HHV with red wines...nothing really matches the flavor but slightly sweet tobaccos seem to contrast well for me

I like Legend with red wines, too. I've found that HHV's Huntsman and Dark Horse are also good with reds.

NS Brown from naturally-extracted-tobacco.com is also extremely tasty and doesn't clash with wine/beer.
