From what I gather you can use an eye dropper bottle type thing to put your blends in. I don't think you should just put drops in the cart, it would be unbalanced then.
Like I have a bottle of 24mg and I am going to mix either the VG or a bottle of 0mg with it. Doing it in a new bottle will ensure you get the proper blend. So, the result would end up being a 12mg juice, if I did a 50/50 mix. It's like I'm back in Chem class, kind of a fun way to quit smoking IMO.

Like WitchDr said, the dropper bottles are really handy especially if you're going to mix up any quantity. Some people just use the rubber end cap (the condom) if they're only going to mix enough for one carto.
Be sure to save your empty juice bottles -- you can rinse them out and re-use them. If they still have an odor after rinsing, you can soak them overnight in vodka to get rid of the smell; then rinse out again before adding any ejuice.

Got it - then I suppose it would do me no good to get the veg glycerin yet......My first order I ordered a bottle of e-liquid, but it wasn't included (was happy with extras they threw in), but I wound up with no liquid - so I guess I will still have to wait. My order was shipping out today and I figure with the holidays upon us it will be here hopefully by Saturday. Thanks for the info.
