Giantvapes.com has a huge selection from array of vendors at all prices ranges.
They have decent rewards program and will often have sales.
In their catalog, I've tried Charlie Noble, charlie's chalk dust, Beard Vape Co., Nick's Blissful Brew.
Right now, I see they are having a clearance on one of my favorites; Good Life Deadly Sin (VG) at $9/30ml.
Shoot, I've got to make an order.

I've been ordering from You Got Ejuice lately and will continue to do so. Cheap & good with quick free shipping!
You Got E-Juice is probably the best "cheap" juice I've tried. Still not my cup of tea, but I might consider ordering from them again if my vape budget got super tight.
There's a subscription site I just signed up for called zamplebox. You input your likes and dislikes and they send you bottles based on your subscription level. Mine was 6 - 15ml bottles for $24.95.

Ya get what ya pay for. I only order juices from there that I know are good. I don't take chances anymore on juices that have rave reviews and 5 stars. Been burned a few times and don't like wasting 20 bucks on a bottle of juice.
I order most of my juices from mech sauce . Most of their juice flavors are spot on and pretty inexpensive. Plus I usually get mine in 2 days after order since I'm only a few hours away from their production facility.
The most reliable vendor I have is Ahlusion, www.ahlusion.us. I have bought probably 30 different juices from them and none were unvapable. Some I don't like as much as others, but they've all been good.
