On October 22nd, I placed an order on their website for both melon boba and pink cupcake. I ordered em' because I've tried melon boba in the past ( my bf had one ) and I also wanted to try something new. ( pink cupcake )

When the package arrived, my boyfriend told me that the melon boba tasted off and that I should inquire Jeremy about it.

I sent Jeremy an email regarding what my bf has told me and he sent me a replacement.

Unfortunately, the replacement he sent had the wrong nicotine content. I wanted 0 instead of whatever it was that was in the bottle. ( The bottle was unmarked, so I do not know the actual nicotine content. I did however, noticed it has nicotine in it. )

I sent Jeremy an email on October 30th:

Hi Jeremy,
I've received the replacement melon boba that you've sent me. However, the bottle wasn't marked ( nicotine content wise ). After checking just now, I noticed it has some nicotine content in it... and I actually wanted 0 mg instead of 6mg that I originally ordered. ( I don't know if you remember since you have a lot of order, but I asked for 0mg in place of 6mg in the past. )

I've attached a picture showing that it is unmarked. If you would like the bottle back, I wouldn't mind sending it back to you.

( Note: To explain above email, I originally ordered 6mg due to my own mistake... but I sent him an email soon after I made the order asking whether or not he could change the order to 0mg. He said ok and sent me the 0mg. )

Anyhow, it was November 8th and there was no response. I forwarded my original email just in case he missed it.

5 days have passed and there was still no response. I re-forwarded the email on the 13th.

No response as of today.

I assumed he was ignoring me - so I posted on his facebook wall hoping to catch his attention. I asked him why he has not responded to my email and that I would appreciate it if he could. Here is what I wrote:

Hello Jeremy. You've ignored my email on october 30th, nov 8 ( because you didn't reply to the one on the 30th ), and nov 13th ( because you didn't reply to my previous 2 email ). Is there a reason why you've been ignoring my email(s)? All I asked for was for a replacement because you sent the wrong juice ( wrong nicotine content... I wanted a 0 ) and I was willing to send it back on my own expense. What is going on? I would appreciate a response...

A few seconds later, my post was deleted and I was restricted from posting on their wall. I went ahead and called them.

A lady picked up the phone so I asked her if I could speak to Jeremy. She told me that he was busy and asked why I needed to talk to him. I told her the whole story and she went to speak with Jeremy. A few mins later, she came back to tell me that they wont send me a replacement because they already sent once. I told her I was willing to send it back on my own expense since the only time I used it was when I filled up my tank to test it... and she still told me no. I gave up and said " Ok, but why did he not respond to any of my email? I would have appreciated some sort of response " and she told me that he get a lot of email.

While I do understand that he is busy, ignoring my email for almost half a month is uncalled for. On top of that - he responded to my first email within an hour. I'm pretty sure he ignored me on purpose.
