I love what's in my signature- nuport from nhaler. He also makes a 555 menthol.
If you like a cig menthol- Backwood Brew menthol. A mixture of tobacco & menthol
Straight menthol I also like Rocky Mountain Vapors menthol. I also like Vapor Bomb Artic Ice- I add it to a lot of my juices. Tastes great with fruity juices.

Thank you for your advice, my fiancee is going to order some from BWB, so he will also get some menthol for me 
His juices need to steep (sit for awhile) and the flavors do come out. They taste good as soon as you get them but even better a week or two later. I especially noticed this with the menthol.

It came with some methol eliquid which had some weird backtaste.
Now my fiancee got me a Ego with boge cartomizers and it's really good.
I'm using some blueberry mojito from pink spot and it's lovely, but sometimes I miss the "kick of the menthol!

Blueberry + menthol go perfect together! You could add a little pure menthol juice or menthol crystals.
I've never used menthol crystals myself but have read about them here on the board and they're pretty cheap. Cheaper than a bottle of juice. I read a little goes a long way.

Well its not exactly your typical tobacco menthol, but I really like Hypermint from bluemist vaping. As the name suggests, its a combination of mint and menthol. Its one of my favorite flavors. I was a menthol smoker and that is what worked for me.

I like Cowboy Smooth from Honeyville Vapors. I let a fellow vapor try it and I was out of one of my samples he liked it so much.
Kate, i am going to recommend Rawr vapor, my last order i dove into his juices and have not disliked a single one, and actually, all of them are really top notch, complex, flavorful juices-
the most important reason i mention them is, you can add menthol to all his juices-(at variable levels)

bmwjen is right on. I recently ordered liquids from HALO. Malibu has that 'Pina Colada' taste with a menthol kicker.
Kate, I just reviewed dfwvapor's US Menthol and recommend it to anyone who likes a crisp menthol taste. As mentioned above, you can add a few drops to your other flavors and really create some pretty unique juice. I mixed mine with RC Cola and now have a great summertime liquid!
I like BlueMist's "hypermint" as well, and use it in some of my diy juices. Another enhancement to consider is just a touch of green apple.
I've heard really good things about Puresmoker minthia. I think they also sell the flavorings separately now so I might try it.
